- DRS HelpDesk – Centralised & dedicated Helpdesk operational 365 days a year, to provide support and assistance to all DRS customers.
- Experienced Account Managers are assigned to each DRS Customer to act as a named point of contact; provide recommendations, attend reviews and ensure the smooth running of the account.
- Media & Document Consultancy available from market professionals
- In-house IT department specializing in the development of database and information systems. Our bespoke IT systems have been developed to allow DRS to grow and quickly adapt to new business requirements. Our areas of expertise include Fox Pro application development, Satellite Technologies, Data Capture, Bar-coding and Web development.
Standards & Accreditations
Quality
DRS have been ISO 9001:2000 accredited since 17th September 2001.
The accreditation covers all DRS services and has established Quality Management Systems that are supported by Standard Operating Procedures to maintain a correct and consistent approach to all service tasks and activities.
Environmental Standards
DRS have been ISO 14001:2004 accredited since 21st December 2009.
DRS acknowledges that it has a responsibility to minimise the effects of its activities on the environment and are an Environment Agency Registered Waste Carrier & Broker.
